DISCOVERY LIVE EARTH (RIA): designed at EffectiveUI
Discovery Channel Green Earth (now Live Earth) pulls in data feeds from NASA, NOAA and other environmental resources. The data is parsed and reconfigured as layers that the user can drag and drop on to the globe. In it's first iteration it's meant to be a fun way for users to visualize scientific data relative to the time selected and it's location on the earth. The second iteration will take a more targeted approach to a collegiate audience where data is expected to be scrutinized.

ADOBE MERCHANDISING APPLICATION (RIA): designed at EffectiveUI
The Adobe Consulting Group was not happy with the visual design their designers had come up with for a merchandising/cataloging application being built for a client of theirs. They engaged effectiveUI and I to tackle a new look and feel. Wireframes were provided to me by the Adobe Interaction Design group and I tackled the visual redesign.

Throughout my time with textureMedia I was asked to create a variety of informational diagrams that would be used both internally and externally to convey the companies process and service capabilities. I probably did over 50 different info diagrams for them. Below are a select few.

This particular client was revamping their current internal store tracking system and was looking for more information dashboard visualizations of which to, at a glance, keep track of certain stores across the US.

INTERNAL MORTGAGE BROKER APPLICATION (RIA): designed at EffectiveUI
This client asked us to assess their current mortgage broker applicant qualification interface. Very complicated project that involved dealing with a variety of legacy backend systems and databases.

IMAGE GROUP KIOSK DESIGN: designed at EffectiveUI
Image Group Inc. asked to redesign the kiosk attractor screens and the photo manipulation interface kiosk interfaces residing on the fleet of Queen Mary cruise ships for their parent brand Cunard. I did all the screen designs and attractor page while art directing the helicopter shots.

DIGITAL CAMERA WEBSITE (dpreview.com) REDESIGN: freelance design for digg.com
This was a fictitious website redesign project I tackled over Memorial Day weekend of this year. It was a trial/test project assigned to me by digg.com for a web design position. There were over 100 submissions and according to lead designer Daniel Burka at digg.com I came in 2nd place. The project entailed a redesign of the dpreview.com homepage and some light information architecture adjustments.

SUSTAINABLER WEBSITE DESIGN: freelance design for texturemedia
Two guys from Boulder, CO ponied up the dough using their credit catds to build what they believed was a site where environmentally concious people could come and do something about the environment right away. The premise was that sustainabler would enable people to do something pro-environment without having to do a ton of research. I did all the information architecture and visual designs for the site.
